Creator Coach
You’ll work closely with new and established creators to help them find clarity, direction, and confidence in their brand. You co-create personal growth strategies, set boundaries that empower instead of restrict, and act as a guide through both creative and emotional ups and downs. You’re not just a coach — you’re a calm, trusted voice in a creator’s corner.

You’re perfect for this if: you’re empathetic, structured, and experienced in creative coaching, content strategy, or personal development work.
Studio Assistant
You help bring creative visions to life — whether it’s prepping a shoot space, organizing gear, setting up lighting, or supporting during production. You also assist with scheduling, content logistics, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. You’re detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and love being part of a small, focused team.

You’re perfect for this if: you’re practical, organized, hands-on, and feel comfortable in a studio or creator-first environment.
Social Media Manager
You translate Velvera’s voice into content that connects — whether it’s Instagram stories, subtle tweets, creator spotlights, or campaign support. You help expand our brand presence, engage our audience, and keep our messaging warm, sharp, and clear. Bonus points if you have a feel for storytelling in a sex-positive or creator-first space.

Content Strategist
You live in the space where creativity meets data. You analyze content performance, interpret trends, and translate insights into smart, personal growth plans for creators. You help us figure out what’s working — and what needs adjusting — across multiple platforms, always with respect for the creator’s pace and boundaries.

You’re perfect for this if: you think analytically, understand creator platforms (OnlyFans, Fansly, TikTok etc.), and enjoy building scalable systems that still feel human.
Talent Scout
You’re the first point of connection between Velvera Studio and the creators we may one day support. You know how to spot unique voices, fresh energy, and people with potential — even if they’re just starting out. You approach conversations with care and zero pressure, and know how to build trust, not push for sign-ups.
